Flirting is massively underrated but it’s a great way to make someone desire you!
Let your partner know that you want him and, if you’re feeling brave, give him a – verbal – taste of what you might be doing later, if he’s lucky enough to get that far, and you’ll set his mind racing.
Touch is acceptable as long as you keep it to non-sexual areas. Points where the tendons touch the skin are really good – the wrists, the inside of the elbow, the back of the knee, if you’re sitting. This can be fairly discreet – people do touch when talking – but still the sensation will be there.
If you’re feeling bold – and successful flirting is all about being bold – go for the solar plexus, the area on the torso at the base of the ribs, or, reaching around him, the base of the neck – at which point, the line, ‘You’re tense. Let me deal with that,’ might come in handy. And when things get giggly, a roaming finger hooked behind the waist of his pants sends a pretty clear signal.
When you touch, don’t be flighty and nervous. Keep your hands confident and moving smoothly. The point is, you’re showing him just how much you know about the way his body works.
Now there’s your mouth to consider. What should you do with it first? How do you use it to set up home in his personal space – and get him to want you closer? Whispering is good. The aim at first is to be not quite not touching. Then there’s the point when you do let your lips push against him, when the tone of voice grows sexier, more fully suggestive, and by the time you’ve finished whatever you’re saying he’ll be fully occupied registering how wild and intimate this feels.
When you kiss, you might also start with the faintest touch, watch his reaction, then move in towards him with more and more pressure.
Still, you can afford to be more outrageous than this.
