Vibrators without a flanged base should not be pushed into the anus. It is possible your hands will slip and the vibrator might be sucked inside. (Careful, slight insertion, just inside, should be fine.) If the vibrator does slip inside and become stuck, and if you can't push it out as if expelling faeces, then a trip to the emergency department of a hospital becomes necessary.
